What happens to your details.

Who is responsible
Mukamal runs this site. We decide what happens to the details you send us, so UK data protection law calls us the controller.
What we collect
The contact form asks for 3 things: your site’s address, your email, an optional message. It collects nothing else.
Every visit also leaves a technical record on the servers of our hosting provider, such as your IP address, the page, the time.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry for 2 things: your free score, our reply to you.
You asked for the free score. We need your details to run it. UK GDPR calls this a step you asked for before a contract. Our reply rests on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The technical records keep the site running, safe from abuse. That rests on our legitimate interest too.
We never add you to a mailing list. We never sell your details. We never share them for marketing.
Where it goes
This site stores none of your enquiry. When you send the form, the site passes it to a service that delivers it to our inbox.
3 kinds of company handle your details for us: that delivery service, our email provider, our hosting provider.
If one of them keeps your details outside the UK, the transfer rests on a safeguard UK law approves, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK’s standard contract terms.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry: 12 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete it.
The technical records: as long as the hosting provider’s own terms set, then it deletes them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it.
Asking is free. We answer within 1 month. Before we show or delete anything, we check the request comes from you.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator.
How to ask
Our address for privacy requests is not switched on yet. Until it is, reply to any email from us, or use the contact form. Say it is a privacy request.
Cookies, tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Its fonts, scripts, images all load from this site, never from another company’s servers.
If you pick light or dark mode, your browser keeps that choice in its own storage. It never leaves your device.
